Welcome to the Essential Wellness publications!
Essential Wellness was established in 1995 as the print newspaper Twin Cities Wellness.
Changing with the digital age, the newspaper became an online magazine: Essential Wellness.
As the name implies, our publications are about wellness, spirituality, healing practices,
and holistic education and information.
The online magazine, Essential Wellness, published its final edition in December 2023.
Essential Services & Events is a twice monthly e-newsletter
with current events, articles, and books.
Wellness Network is a directory of healing practitioners and more.
Dee and Lynn LaFroth are the co-publishers who live in northwest Wisconsin
although their primary audience is Minneapolis/St. Paul and the greater Upper Midwest.
